I joined the BNI Invincible Chapter with a positive attitude, because I was already familiar with BNI, but, my real goal was to use the tools BNI provided for my growth and business. I settled into the structure of attending MSP training, 30 second presentations, 8 minute presentations, and 1-2-1’s once a week. In the first six months I was given the role of Education Coordinator, which really helped me to understand the fundamentals of BNI. I was given an education, and training in things we never learned at our medical and management schools. This helped groom my skills.
